Two words - CREAM PUFFS.  

Next time you are at the bakery, see if they have them.   If you get the ones filled with real whipped cream, made with butter slathered puff pastry, and wipe the powdered sugar off the top, they only have about 20 carb grams.  My theory is that all the fat from the whipped cream and butter brings that down a couple of carbs too because they slide on through with the fats.

Net carbs should be 53 grams, protein 195 grams.

HI GUys, a pretty good day all in all.

B - 2 scoop choc shake with sf caramel syrup      (46g)
L - low carb wrap with turkey, cheese and mayo (20g)
S - jumbo shrimp dipped in caesar mayo           (30g)
S2 - sf iced tea and carb conscious protein bar (25g)
D - caesar salad with piece blackened salmon and 10 large shrimp (55)
      (I managed to dodge the hot brad at Longhorn steakhouse!!)
      1 Vodka, soda and lime slices
S - fage yoghurt with sf strawberry syrup          (15g)
Total protein :   191g protein

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
