Hi Gina and everyone,
"chocolate donut"???? Was it good? I actually don't like chocolate donuts, thank goodness. The carb monster is lurking at my house this week.

DD , grandkids, cats and dog are moving home!

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: Swiss cheese
L: 1/2 pita with turkey, cheese, tomato and avocado; carbsmart fudge bar
S: way too many cherries.

D: pulled pork (tomato based, sorry Gina), caesar salad

Th AC finally got fixed!!!!!! Hopefully my cats will settle down now.
They're all flying to CA for a family beach week. We can't go because DH is back on school already.

DD sees the surgeon on Tuesday.  Hope to get this done next week

It looked like the least dangerous...all the rest had powdered sugar or filled w/more powdered sugar. So far so good.
