Hi Guys, I had a pretty good day!!
B - double scoop choc truffle protein shake 46g
L - low carb wrap, turkey,cheese, pepperoni, mayo, large iced coffee with HC 20g
S - jumbo shrimp dipped in ranch 30g
D - caesar salad (no croutons) with blackened salmon fillet and 6 garlic lime shrimp 45g
S - decaf coffee with HC and an atkins bar, some fage yoghurt with splenda 10g
Protein 151g, no idea how many carbs but pretty low I think!
Had good gym session, did 45 mins on treadmill on advanced Hill setting OMG!!!! plus 15 mins eliptical and then hit the weights!! All this better be worth it come weigh in day on tuesday I can tell ya!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

L - 1/2 bag cheese nips, couple of bites of Trader Joe's Chicken chinese salad.
D - Ham & swiss on Julian Bread, pork rinds & onion dip
S - Oh yeah peanut butter wafter bar
Totals: Net carbs - 51 Protein 140
Vites - all done
Fluids - at least 64 ounces
No exercise - I got sick at work and had to go home where I promptly passed out from 3:30 - 7.
