I think it is a good idea to periodically double check counts. I "know" I always get more than 64 oz of water for example, but I still count once in a while. I also still count my carbs and periodically count my protien.
I don't see where you got 100 of protein in that list, by the way, unless you are putting protein in your coffee!!

Hey there. Here's an old thread on protein coffee www.obesityhelp.com/forums/ds/4280141/Step-by-step-direction s-on-how-to-make-the-best-protein/
The cake is Kayla's recipe, but some people have posted adjustments
1 scoop protein powder ( I used champion chocolate stack)
1 T dark cocoa
1 T vanilla
3 T vegetable oil
4 T Splenda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Water to thin. 1/8-1/4 c. ( I used about 1/8)
Mix and put in a 16 oz bowl. Microwave x 35 seconds.
23 gms protein. 7 carbs
Note that you can use sf syrup instead of splenda.

Welcome!
Protein Coffee
brew a pot of coffee as usual
in a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder.
Shake to blend and pour in to a huge mug or travel mug. Fill the rest of the way up with hot coffee. It's important to add hot coffee to cool protein slurry and not the other way around. You need to keep the protein under 150 degrees.
Enjoy!
(You can use water, Lactaid milk, cream and water, low carb soy, almond, or coconut milk)

If you've got a yucky vanilla protein powder you might try adding some sugar free syrup to it to mask the taste. I was using DeVinci cinnamon until I just ran out. I'm expecting my back order of IDS vanilla-cinnamon today.
Your Bites look good. You're getting in some nice variety high protein food already. Good job.
Yeah, 3 kids should count towards your Exercites. lol
