D - 1 1/2 bunless beef hot dogs (tight stomach) no coleslaw 
S - CarbSmart ice cream (maybe)

morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

106 today. Ugh.

B: double protein shake, bacon
S: deviled egg
L: 1/2 pita with turkey, cheese, tomato, avocado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: handful of cocoa almonds
S: double protein shake
D: making Brok's pizza and salad.....but right now I'm stuffed
S: maybe protein coffee

Fluids and vites on track. Have increased D3 to 3 times/day.
Exercites: 20 min on recumbent bike, 30 min in pool

Hi there! Work is still busy and these new kids have about picked my brain dry. lol  Your Bites look good. Wish I could have eaten more tonight too.

Hey Guys,
Not a bad low carb day today!! Got my Zumba in too!!

B - 4 strips bacon, 2 scoop choc shake with p butter  70g
L - low carb wrap with turkey, cheese & mayo, iced coffee with HC 25g
S - iced coffee with HC , few jumbo shrimp dipped in ranch 15g
D - crock pot salsa cream cheese chicken with courgettes cooked in butter 35g
S - jumbo shrimp dipped in ranch 25g
Total protein :170g

I KNow, I think I am in the throes of a serious shrimp addiction lol!!
I get through a pound or so every couple of days! I think I may be  singlehandedly responsible for the gulf shrimping recovery lol

Hi Gina,

Thanks for asking.  It was HOT but fun.  We ate at a good Chinese place and I just had orange beef and some General's Chicken with one bite of rice.  We ate breakfast out twice which is always easy.  We ate at a diner and I had hamburger steak.  We ate at a BAD steak place and I didn't eat much of anything.  I made up baggies with my Shake Cake mix and fixed them morning and night at Tom's.  For lunch at the dog show they had taco salad one day and chicken salad one day and I ate more of that than anybody!!  It was yummy.  So I did well I think for being on the road.  It is the in-the-car snacking that I need to work on.
