Was it vit D that is good to "sneak in" while sleeping ? +

I recall reading this, i think it was regarding vitamin D, can someone please confirm/deny this.

my D was low b4 the DS so i know it is low now, i am thinking of sneaking in 100k in the middle of the night.

I think that works for A or D but I would take D in 50,000IUs doses and not all at once. Perhaps sneak 1 D3 in during the night.

 Yup, yup.  I take all my fat solubles at night when I wake up to use the bathroom.  I have my first labs since beginning this habit in about a week.  I am praying it brings my D up!

 I started doing this about 6 months ago.  My D was still low and saggy even after adding in another 60K and varying the type (sublingual and pill forms).  I now take 50K after dinner, and then 100K right before bed.  Doing this has brought my D up very nicely.  It went from 46 to 79 in 3 months.  I'm due for another lab draw now, so I hope to see it even higher!
