multi question
Several of the nutrient sources (such as beta carotene, the D and certain of the amino acid chelates--I can't remember off the top of my head which ones are most problematic; some are worse than others) are not good for DSers. Also, if I compare the basic Centrum to this, bearing in mind that Centrum is labeled for a single tablet dose, I'm not terribly impressed with how "good" this two-pill dose product is.
I bet, too, that it is a LOT more expensive than my Kirkland version of Centrum Silver, so that I could take several of them and still come out way ahead both in price and in contents compared to the product you are considering.

The A and D are useless, iron and calcium living together in the same pill?
you can take them if you want, but you'll also need real vitamins, as well.
