Hi all, with all the yummy fruit out there now I can totally go overboard on that and not enough protein. I did much better today:
4 protein coffees
banana
almonds
beef jerky (gotta take another trip to the meat market for more-I am gonna try their venison jerky)
greek yogurt
steak
edamame
2 twizzler licorice
all water and vites are in for the night!
