As for the food schedual that your using I think it is great. Can you tell me where I can get this diary so I can get one started as well?

Does this diary automatically calculate your food, or do you have to do this seperately and if so, please tell me where to get this info from.

I agree with Maria. Myfitnesspal is great! You can use it on the computer and also on some of the smartphones. Also, Dr Gagner's postop diet shopping list has several carby foods (oatmeal, cream of wheat, diced canned fruit) for soft food suggestions, and those didn't agree with me too well. Maybe you will be different, but I thought I'd mention it. I did better sticking more with the proteins. Good luck with everything; you are in great hands!
