OT - How to help Joplin animals

Hi all,
A few people asked if I had heard how to help animals affected in the area. Lutheran Disaster Relief does not have specific info on that yet, but Lisey does ! This is what she sent to me...

We are being told in our information that cash monies are needed most thoughout the area to purchase item specific items/medicaitons/clothes/ etc  for people in need.  I realize this is difficult for some.

I know someone else had posted also about Methodist disaster. I imagine all denominations have some sort of similar organization.
