 Kayla, You Da Bomb!!!!
I can't wait to try this one.  I'm not crazy about the shakes either. I practically have to gag them down. I'm psyched to try it, and  will be TOMORROW!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I make the ones on eggface's website almost identical to this, but has 3T of multigrain baking mix and more oil. I love banana nut ones.

Yummo!  Thanks so much...you did a great job of measuring.  I'm making this tomorrow...too tired to try it tonight.

Wonder if I could use SF Chocolate Syrup instead of the cocoa?

Never regret anything, because at one time it was exactly what you wanted.

Just made it for the first time.  What I did:

1 scoop Champion Pure Whey Stack Chocolate
1 T regular cocoa powder (they were OUT of dark~how dare they?)
1 T oil
4 T splenda (I like things sweet lol)
a little less than 1/3 cup water

nuked for 35 seconds.

It tasted GREAT but was too dry.  Should I add more oil or more water or nuke less to get it moister?  I am so thilled about this you have no idea.  My version had 3 carbs.  Can't believe it.  This is really really going to help me so much.

THANK YOU!

I think more oil will help out your dryness problem.

Also, maybe less cooking time.  Coo****il juuust done.
