Indy DS Events in May

Hi everyone! It's May and the flowers are in bloom.  I'm looking forward to enjoying the warmer weather and getting out to see friends.

We're going back to our roots!  Sahms was one of our first meeting places when we started the group so this month we are going back to the north side.  Please let me know via message or board post if you can attend so the restaurant can be prepared for us.

Road Trip
Saturday, May 14th, Leave Indy at 2pm.

We're going to visit the OH DSers at Val's amazing BBQ restaurant.  Folks are carpooling to Lebanon and meeting up at Porky's around 5pm.  Let me know if you are interested in catching a ride.

Support Group
Tuesday, May 24th, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
St. Vincent Carmel,  Bariatric Center, Entrance 4

The support group meeting, lead by a St Vincent nurse or dietitian, is open to all pre- and post-op patients regardless if they had surgery at St Vincents.   We often grab a bite to eat afterward.

I so wish my car wasn't acting up and gas wasn't 4 dollars a gallon. I haven't gotten to do anything with you guys yet, but one of these times I will make it to at least one event. Hope you all have a wonderful time!!!!

So it looks like we will have 5 for dinner on Tuesday counting email, facebook, and OH responses.  I'm sure we will have room for a couple more if anyone is still interested in coming.

Hi Jessica P. I just found you here..............we plan on attending the support group again this month, something came up and we were not able to attend last month. Now that I found this thread we will follow along and maybe join in some of the monthly dinners. Do you know where the group is planning on eating after the meeting this month?
