YES Julie, you DO have a big "L" on your forehead.  It stands for love, loyalty, leadership.  I for one, am VERY glad you are here, posting and contributing to this forum, ESPECIALLY with your very busy life.

Julie,
It's because of people like you that I am here everday reading.  I don't read it as obsessively as I used to (meaning all day every day ... sneaking around at work to read... last thing I'd do at night and first thing I'd do in the morning) since it's slowed down because of the FB group but I am here everyday.  I think about it often ... all those faces that were so familiar here everyday .. watching them as pre-ops then as post-ops ... having all sorts of issues and questions until you never see them again in what seems like pretty short timing.  I learn stuff here constantly.  I can't imagine not being here.  Yeah, life is busy but I'd be in a world of hurt without people like you here sharing their knowledge.  I can't imagine that these people who have vanished have a better support system.   But maybe that's just me thinking that.

I've tried to keep up with both the FB group and here, but I don't have time for both.   As much as I love and miss a lot of the FB regulars, I feel I have more to offer on these boards to people who have no prior knowledge of the DS or need lots of beginners help.   Maybe this summer I'll have time to do more with both groups!

You're absolutely right.  It's easy to see that fewer questions are getting answered here.  It makes me feel grateful that I was a pre-op when I was because there was so much activity on the board.  It is tough to keep up with both but I guess I am nosy and like to see what everyone is upto.  :)

I'm sorry but yes...yes you are utterly pathetic.

There really isn't a point in going on really........I mean pfffftttttttt well this is it...................

Oh God now I'm so depressed...

SHUT UP! You like me and many other hipsters have habit web sites.  David my delicious geek has half a dozen...me I've got about four that I focus on.  I like coming here, I like meddling and being an arse then skipping off with my fat flapping in the breeze.

Behave!

Really truly?   This IS my social life.     After spending five days a week teaching music to, inspiring, motivating, discipling and loving 390 children and collaborating professionally (and unprofessionally) with 27 teachers, the only thing I want to communicate with when I get home is my husband or my computer screen, and sometimes not even the former, LOL.

My husband goes on a bunch of liberal news blogs and I cruise several music teacher and Craftsman Era home restoration blogs.    Oh, and Ebay.  I don't know what I'd ever do without the internet.

Hey, after all the **** I've been through in 3d with my previous social circle, I gotta tell you I LIKE having cyberfriends.

And you don't HAVE any fat left to flap in any damned breeze, so screw your head around THAT little fact, skinny woman.

I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI .  I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.
