I totally agree about being so glad to learn of the DS in time -- I shudder to think that I initially thought I wanted a LapBand.

You're doing awesome Charlee, even with the thyroid issue! Thyroid issues and weight loss makes it a hard way to go.
I read, study, and live on this forum trying to learn and pray for a DS. People like you, the vets, and even the new post ops make it a valuable learning experience to people like me who are preop Wannabees.
