Charlee, I'm sorry you haven't gotten to the end of your weight loss journey yet, but as you say, it's still ongoing. Congratulations on your success so far!. I'm still losing at 14 months out, so don't think to yourself that a door slams shut at 12 months or anything.

Thanks, Chad, I appreciate the encouragement. I usually do well keeping things in perspective, but am dreadfully tired of feeling dreadfully tired. I'm ready to DO stuff, like go for walks and maybe, just maybe, get a bike.    Shhhh... Don't tell the boy. He'll get all excited and pester the snot out of me. Sometimes it sucks being married to Mr. Effortlessly Fit & Trim.

I know my DS is working, regardless of thyroid crap. I have lost inches and dropped sizes even though the numbers on the scale go up & down the same 10 pounds week after week. I got over the scale attachment months ago back when I posted squalling about the damn thing not moving. I do get on it about once a week, almost as a joke, just to see what silly number it's showing that day. DS humor. heehee!

Charlee...my April 2010 Switch sista.....go girl.  My surgiversary is right around da cornda.  I love my DS, too.  I eat a pint of ice cream every night and I wake up 2 pounds lighter than when I went to bed, then I giggle (and fart) my MF'ing ass off as I get dressed for work.  (Just Kidding - half a pint...LOL.)

Congratulations on your success....your smile says it all.  Mwah!

Ice cream is the BEST thing ever to get errr... things moving! About once a month, I indulge in a large oreo concrete from Andy's. I always have it on a Friday night so I can deal with the consequences at home. LOL

I'm with Chad, so glad you can finally love your DS! Thanks hon, I 'preciate your support. *mwah* back!
