I eat yummy food until I am full 5 or 6 times a day... drink fluids all day long... and take all my vites!
There is not a day that goes by where I dont think about how grateful I am to have had this surgery, instead of the rny gastric bypass which I was originally scheduled.
My portion sizes are small, but not tiny. Yesterday I ate as much steak as my 18 year old sister did (she's 5'2" and not even 100lbs, she has always eaten like a bird). So I never feel left out or deprived of anything.
