Leslie, that is just plain awesome!!!! To lose 100 pounds in just 12 weeks is incredible; how did you do that???? You lost more in 12 weeks than I've been able to lose in 2 years! I know I didn't have as much to lose, but goody hell girl; 100 pounds in just 12 weeks!!!!!!

I'm impressed, to say the least!

I have no idea how I did it!! LoL... I don't even feel like I'm on a diet... This DS is powerful beyond belief!

I make sure I get my fluids, protein, and vites in every day and thats it! I make sure to limit my carbs as much as possible, until I reach my goal.

My weight loss is slowing though. I hit my first stall Oct.8th. I'm going to increase protein and up my daily activity and see if I can get the scale to move again,,,but dont get me wrong I'm not complaining!

I'm going to do my darndest to reach goal by 18 months!

 

Good for you, you're killing this DS thing.
I am 100% with you on this can't see results on myself thing.

Oh MamaCita!!! You are looking good. I absolutely can see the difference. Those wows are big deals too. I remember when I could reach down and adjust the floor mat in the car without having to open the door. OMG! That was a good day!!!! Youa re rocking it!! Keep it up!!!! I do have a question for you.... once you lost 100lbs... did you ever have doubts in your mind that you would make it so close to goal?

I guess the things that enter my mind now is I feel like I'll stop losing now, and can not imagine getting close to 200lbs.

I'm going to continue to follow the rules and see where this road takes me!
