Dayyyyyum. You don't need to lose 30 pounds. You look fine just where you are. You do need to yank that suit down about a half an inch though - you'll look a little "cooler."

Well Julie, I agree about the 30 pounds, but the suit needs to stay there. It's able to cover the accordion belly skin / flab I have left over where it is now. When I'm swimming, it slides down a inch or two and feels fine, just looks not so good.

Hey Kerry --- congrats - you're looking in great shape. I hope to join you in the "speedo club" someday soon. I've lost almost 100 pounds 3.5 months after my DS and have another 90 or so to go before I could even think about it.

Poodles had a hoot of a great idea!!

Create a "before" and "after" speedo calender with OH members. Kinda like the before and after pictures that you can flip thru here on the OH site. One version could be all men and another version all women. Could have the before and after pics side by side on the calender picture page and a few paragrahs with each person's personal inspirational story along the bottom.

I bet they would go like hotcakes at the OH conventions!!!!
