I really don't think I need to lose 30 pounds, but I did weight myself right after I took the pictures and I weighed 195, normal weight for a man of my height is 142 - 165. So if I want to be in the "normal" weight category, I would have to lose at least 30 pounds. Seem unreasonable to me.
