A squidly update

Never tried to put photos in before so if I screw this up, sorry!

Today I broke through to a new number...one that starts with 3. I started out with one that starts with 5. 156 pounds down.  Still a long way to go, but yah....what a long, strange trip its been!

My surgery was August 31, 2009. I think it will take me at least another year to drop the rest, but Im okay with that :)
