I know you can hear it...how do I shut it up?

I suppose it is possible.  You will have to eat some corn and see how long it takes to travel through-- they are like bookmarks in your poop!

When I get that, it's because I've got my new DS-version of constipated.   Lots of rumbling and actual bumbling.   The other night, it gave out a noise that my husband heard across the room.   He said "Distant thunder?"   I said, "No.   Me."

There's a spot where my transverse colon becomes the decending colon that seems to get stuffed up.   When it's backed up, there's no living with me!

I don't know what to tell you that will help you.   I've decided to try a different form of fiber to see if that will help.   I do find that a really hot soaking bath and sleeping with a heating pad on the offending section of colon helps me.   But I'm a Freak of Nature, so it might do no such good for you.

Good luck!

You can hear me across the UNIVERSE not just across the room.  I was getting my toe cut off at the podiatrist (ok it seemed like he was cutting off my toe and I exaggerate) and he kept talking about my tummy rumbles.  How embarrasing!

Jimmy Kimble just made a joke about the Double Down!!!

Oh girl, you crack me up! I think it's your belly trying to communicate with mine long distance. Hope it shuts up soon (and mine as well)!
