Thanks Krissy; but it's really just having a ball; I love what I'm doing and I haven't felt this good in a very very long time.

Thank you so much; that really means a lot to me; coming from one who has been at the DS game for so long.

I sure wish I had done my revision to DS 9 years ago. How did you find out about the DS back then?

I was starting to look into having WLS.  Everybody I knew had a RNY or a VGB.  (Actually most folks didn't even know WHAT they had...you had to ask 20 questions and guess).  Anyhow...as I started to snoop around my mother said "hey, there is a new Doctor at Delano Hospital, Doing a NEW kind of WLS"  Mom worked there...So I checked into it and found Dr. Keshishian and the DS.  I Did a couple months of digging around and decided I just liked the Plumbing better with the DS.  It made more sense to me and I felt the long term results would be better with a better eating ability.

Looking good Kerry.  You can tell how hard you're working by how red your face is...but not NEARLY as red as when you you're embarrassed!  I never knew how many shades of red ones face could get until last week!

Seriously, you're doing so well, I can't wait to get into the frame of mind that you're in when it comes to working out.  As soon as he pulls the feeding tube out of me, I'm hitting the gym.

LOL! I actually thought the same thing Deb. But, some of the red you see is sunburn, I had been outside all day working on our sprinkler system and I got a little sunburn on my face.

I'll tell ya what Deb, I've never enjoyed working out like I do now, I really look forward to my work outs, I rarely miss, it just feels so darn good to be fit and strong again..... I just love it!
