Thanks Tom, the chopper is a lot of fun to fly, seems like I'm giving rides two or three times a week these days.

I really do feel great Tom and you need to know that you were a big inspiration for me; watching how you lost the weight and got so active was so exciting.

Thanks Kerry.   The chopper ride business sounds like a nice side gig into retirement.

Good grief! Your waist is like really tiny. You are such a handsome man, Kerry. You are truly the picture of health and happiness!

Thanks Renee; but you're makin me blush! LOL!

I weigh right around 195 in those pictures; I range between 191 and 197 these days. To get to a normal BMI I would have to lose another 30 - 40 pounds! Normal BMI for my height is 140 - 165, but I really don't think that's going to happen.

Kerry, you honestly look so fit and trim right now, I can't imagine what another 30 lbs off your frame would do! You'd look like a stick figure.

I agree Jenna, and I'm not trying or even want to lose much more. I have a little flab around my waist, but I don't think there's more than 5 - 10 pounds of flab left total. I probably have a few pounds of loose skin too, but even that's there isn't a whole lot of left.

This is why I don't put much stock in BMI charts; they may apply to some people, but I don't think they apply to me.

Agreed about the BMI charts. There are a number of professional athletes who are technically "obese", because they don't take into account muscle mass.

I also saw an exhibition of the human body (it had real plastinated human bodies). They showed the bones of a morbidly obese person compared to a thin person. The bones were incredibly dense. It was amazing. I truly believe that plays a factor as well.

Awsome photos!  You look as sleek as that chopper!
