Yes, it's November already!
Everyone is welcome to come to our events - those researching, pre-ops, newbies, and veterans. It's always a fun time!

Dinner (3rd Monday each month)

Support Group (4th Tuesday each month)
Tuesday, November 24th, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
St. Vincent Carmel, Bariatric Center, Entrance 4

The support group meeting, lead by a St Vincent nurse or dietician, is open to all pre- and post-op patients regardless if they had surgery at St Vincents. We often grab a bite to eat afterwards.

I'll be at the dinner! I don't know about the support group yet, because I already meet with Dr. Inman on the 23rd and have to drive to dinner and go to work that monday. So Driving downtown, up to carmel, and back downtown is already enough gas. i dunno about another trip up to Carmel the next day. We'll see though.

EDIT: My bad, I thought the dinner was the 23rd. I'll try to to make it to the support group. We'll see.

Probably won't make the dinner this month. That is the day of my pre-op testing and I doubt I'll feel like driving around even more that night. Also, the menu looks terrible.

LMAO! Doesn't it? I heard the portions are super tiny too! Uh yea, I may eat less, but I wanna bring some home too paying those prices..lol. I'll take stephanie's word for it. Hopefully it's good.

The picture at the top looks like a cow eye served on a bun with cole slaw, and meatballs served on fishing line.

It might end up being good, but it sure doesn't look like it on their website.

Philistines......It's good I promise. You might even have enough to take home. It just depends on what all is ordered and if everyone shares everything. It's worth it.
