Has it been a year already? Jeesh time is flying! I remember this time last year you were running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to get in all your pre-op tests lol. This has been a fun year. Myself, you, and PP had a BALL with out Onderland challenge. I'm laughing here now just thinking about it LMAO.

It's funny how you make friends online...... never have spoke or seen them and still value thier friendship.  It's been great keeping up with all your goings-ons. It's nice seeing old people taking full advantage of thier AARP card!!!!

Congratulations Kerry!!!

Yea, it has been a whole year, it's hard to believe isn't it.

It's been a lot of fun hanging with you youngsters, you have really made the trip a lot more fun that I would ever have thought possible. I know what you mean about getting to know people online, it's really great isn't it. Thank goodness for the internet, had it not been to the net, I don't know that I would have ever discovered the DS and I for sure would have never got to know all the kewl people here.

I guess one of these days, I'll have to get me one of them AARP cards, but not until I can'****er ski any more!

Has it really been a year? I still remember seeing you in the hospital, how out of it you were, and how worried poor Barb was. That was a tough time! But you are making the most of the DS now, and your whole life has been transformed.
Congratulations, and wishing you many more years of health and happiness!

Thanks Larra, it really has been a year now; hard to believe isn't it.

Barb and I went out to dinner tonight to celebrate and we were talking about what was the hardest time and for her it was waiting for me to get out of surgery; she was all by herself and really worried. Thank goodness you came by and spent some time with her. I'm sure you don't realize how much your visit meant to her, but it was a huge help.

Thanks for all your help and support,

Kerry
