trying to be patient with Ellen

Had my phone consult with Dr Husted 3 weeks ago! He said I was a good candidate for revision and that Ellen would be contacting me within the week! Well its been 2 weeks and no Ellen! I know she is busy but my health is at stake! I also have a hernia that is constantly hurts! Plus the Stress of waiting and worrying bout insurance is keeping me up @ night! Any suggestions on what to do so that I don't seem impatient but still get her to get on the ball? Anybody else have same problem? What did you do?

Have *you* attempted to contact *her* ?

Call her, you will find out that you have to be a nag!

In the 10 months that I went thru I only receieved 2 calls from my surgeons office.

Emailing her is the best way, or it used to be....Been there, so I know...lol...Hope this helps!

email is always a good way ... know they have had some problems with the phone system recently and had to use the cell phones to get calls out.  You may need to call and see if Dr. Husted got your information to Elllen for her to get your packet out.

I called their office three or four days ago and still have not had any acknoweldgement back from them either.  I'm going to become peskier next week.

You would be better to email him directly if you have a medical question. The office is not known for returning calls.

I checked on the site for his direct email and no go.  I PM'd him and no answer yet.
