I can't tell you how comforting it has been to have a PLAN in place, and yours makes so much damned sense that I've felt secure knowing what to do as I would face any regain.  I realllllllly take what you say to heart, you've taught me the MMP and so many more things along the way.  I don't hang out on the R&R boards often, but I will say you are very missed here.  I always get to R&R too late to put anything in there that hasn't already been said, I keep saying I'm going to get over there, but I never do.

That's okay, I don't get back here as much as I always mean to, either. We can find each other if we need to, that's the important thing.

Lori - You will for sure be on my list of DSers who have inspired, educated, motivated, kicked butt, and swung chickens for me and others on the OH board!!!  You are amazing, and CONTINUE to be amazing even in the midst of your own scares!

And that's not to take away from Lori's Top Three. PattyL, Carolyn, and Michelle, as well as Elizabeth, Sia, Gina - and sooooooo many others - are all amazing!!!!!  I sometimes just sit back and marvel that I was lucky/blessed enough to stumble into this incredible DS Board Family to help me along my journey.

Love and Light to All

Lori-

I'm SO glad you've resolved your protein issue!  TPN is not something I would want to have to do.

I'm working on my protein right now, and I'm just 6 months out.  It's just below the low-normal range, according to my PCP's labs, so I've added my soy protein formula back in three times a day.

You are such a great DSer, and you were a great   to me right after my surgery!

When "pay it forward" is defined in Webster's, your picture is right next to it!

Love ya, girlfriend!

Lori,
What a terrific post, and what a pleasure it is to be reminded of these things.
I'm so glad you're a regular here, you contribute so much.
I'm also glad that you're not "scarey-skinny" anymore, and maintaining the way you want to.
The best part is that you are getting your protein issue addressed.  I'm so glad for that.
Rock on, girl!
