I guess I overdid it with the crackers yesterday, b/c I was in the bathroom all morning again. I ended up taking Immodium (doc ok'd) so I could go downtown for my errands.

Today I kind of let it all go to hell. I feel like everything bothers me, what's the point? Tomorrow I'm just adding in protein shakes and hoping for the best.

B - string cheese (8)

S - string cheese (8)

L - 3/4 of a McD's double w/out the bun (20)

S - handful of almonds (3)

D - 3 oz of grilled steak, sugar snap peas  (22)

S - 1/2 snack cottage cheese (yuck!), cheese/pepperoni off 1 piece of pizza, more nuts (9)

Protein: 70g
liquid: 60 oz

Forgot to add fitness: walking all over God's green earth looking for the Foggy Bottom metro station, which I swear was hidden. I must have walked 12 blocks in all and it was HOT.

Was supposed to be my day off at work today, but two were out.

Breakfast at home:  cappuccino-flavored protein drink and apple.

2 cups of black coffee at my work station.

1st break at work:  2 bacon strips and 2 very thick sausage links.

Lunch at work: double cheeseburger cooked in real butter with no bun and topped with mayo and mustard.  Was charged only for the 2 burgers.  Very filling!

Snack after work:  1 original Babybel cheese.

Snack when I got home:  1/2 c. Greek yogurt.

Dinner at home:  2 brats cooked in real butter.  1/4 c. Cottage cheese.

Exercise:  1 hour of Group Active class in the afternoon utilizing 1/3 step, 1/3 free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.  15 minutes on dreadmill, plus 3 minutes cool-down.
