Man, it's like ALL I DO is think about protein and water.  It's taken over my life! lol

B - 2 fried eggs, very small piece of sausage (16g)
S - Atkins Shake (15g)
L - 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (7g)
S - 1/2 cup of tuna salad, 4 triscuts (26g)
D- About to drink a protein shake (30g)

Protein: 94 g
Liquids: about 60 oz
Vits: All except the last batch w/iron.

Had a little gas today -- think maybe it was the triscuts.  Anyone else have problems with triscuts?  I dont see why b/c its whole grain.  Damnit.

No fitness today.

I do. They were the things that tipped me off that I couldn't handle whole wheat. Corn and rice are fine though. I can do multi-grain as long as the wheat/gluten is a little lower.

I think the whole grain crackers bothered me too! I didn't have dairy yesterday and hardly any fat.

We just can't win, huh?

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

Vicki your back!!..

Charlie just got back from Alabama. He took Greyhound and got in to Louisville right before the storm came thru..

We were wondering about you and your family and how you were doing with all the flooding and storms there.

He was in downtown at the bus station and when he got back we heard about the storms he would have been stuck there if he had taken a later bus.. I told him you could have brought a boat down and picked him up for me.. Glad you made it home safe!!

Love ya,

Lucy
