So let me see if I understand this.........  The BV or Bioavailability number is the percent of that protein that we absorb??

Not "we" since we're sleeved and switched, but for normal folks. I don't think there is a table for us. We just do better with the foods with higher numbers...usually. 

Good to see another Dr Elariny patient on-board.
