This post was so terrific on so many levels. The biggest "big deal" item out of your list is of course the birth of your baby.
Thank you so much for the honest and intimate look at some of your accomplishments the last 4 years, it was an absolute pleasure to celebrate with you.

THANK YOU!!!! I so needed this today as I was having serious doubts about my decision, I guess mostly fear(never had any type of surgery)but I have come so far and am almost finished my approval process. I mostly lurk on OH and rarely even come to the DS board, but I know I was meant to visit today to read your post. You are now that DS poster that you referred to above to me, I will never forget your name. I am so inspired by your post and can't stop

You are simply beautiful!!! I wish I had looked this good when I was pregnant, you really look so lovely!! This baby of yours sure has a nice life to look forward to!!! (You'll be so glad you have this great picture! You should enlarge it and put it in the baby's room!!) I can't wait to hear all about your new life together!!!!
