I created a place for us to keep recipes!!!
So - an earlier post got me to thinking. We need a fully searchable place to keep DS friendly recipes. We now have:

It's a very cool wiki. I set it up just now and put Bronwen's recipe on there (let me know if that isn't OK Bronwen). I'd love to administrate it (as I love recipes!). Just send me your recipes or snack ideas or whatever at [email protected] or PM me here and I will put them up on the page. We can even start other pages like 'list of foods for right after surgery' or 'list of snack ideas'.
For now I'll just keep them in alphabetical order and as it gets more complex, they can be separated into categories.
Notice when you click on a link to a new page - the past pages are listed in links on the ride hand side on the bottom (easy to get back to previous pages).
Another fun feature is that if you have a variation or other thoughts on a recipe - you can post it in the comments.
There's also a search function on the right! I hope you guys enjoy this. Now when you're looking for a recipe there's an easy place to check it out!
I'll start compiling and getting things from the board in the next week or so.

But, are you sure you want to do all that work? Wouldn't it be easier to set one up so that all of us could enter our recipes ourselves? That's the way they've been done in the past.
Which brings up another question. Will you sign an oath in blood that you will never ever go away and let the site go belly-up without a word to any of us? I hate to think of all the time and effort that went into the other one, and now it's just gone. Maybe you could designate several people with administrative rights to the site just in case you get transferred to Mongolia with no net access?

I do not mind the work at all - I love projects and organizing (i know - totally geeky)

I was going to set up an open wiki - but unfortunately they are a bit complex and you have to know a little bit of html code and it just seemed easier to do it myself (oh god, I'm my mother)
but yeah - a handful of people willing to help out would be great!
