Is there a flavorless protein powder?
I hate protien, I have found one I like it Isopure creamy vanilla I order it online, i googled it and compared prices. Vitalady.com she offers samples to buy. But I use the Isopure 1 1/2 scoop (35gram pf protien), 1 small banana, 1/2 container of strawberry/banana yougurt(lite one from walmart) water and ice. Its thick and you cant taste the protien at all.....
good luck, Michelle

The only protein supplement I have been able to tolerate is ProCel. Dissolves great in my instant coffee and coffee from Wawa as long as I add half & half. Mixes perfectly into mashed potatoes. I keep meaning to try it in pudding.
It has one HUGE drawback. One scoop has only 5 grams of protein. One scoop is about as much as I've gotten to tolerably dissolve into coffee. If you can tolerate yogurt, oatmeal, cream soups (I can't) though, you can probably get more than that 5g scoop to blend in.
I recommend getting at least 2 samples from Vitalady. Her sample size is not the scoop size - it's ~30g of protein. So use one sample to see if you can add that whole amount to your yogurt and use the other sample to see about adding smaller amounts to things like coffee, tea, Crystal Lite, etc.

Try "Anywhey" unflavored from GNC or Jarrow unflavored from Vitacost.com. I mix it with Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa. Take a bit of ho****er and a scoop of your whey and mix it together till smooth. Mix in your cocoa powder. Now, s-l-o-w-l-y add it to your ho****er, continuing to still till smooth. Add whipped cream on top. Yum. I also add protein powder to mashed potatoes, yogurt, and s/f pudding. With Anywhey, you're supposed to be able to add it to baked goods, eggs and such. Haven't tried that, and I rarely supplement protein anymore.
