Does the mag ox make a big difference? I have some but haven't started taking it yet. Does it give you cramps and diarrhea like the fleets type of stuff does or is it fairly gentle?
It's nothing at all like Fleets! I haven't noticed any side effects at all. In fact I'm still a little constipated but not nearly as bad as before I started taking the Colace and Mag.
Ok, cause I'm scared of the Fleets now. It brings back bad and painful memories. LOL I don't even want to walk down the same isle that it's on in the store. LOL
Oh God, me too! I still remember the first bowel prep I ever had to do for a colonoscopy as the worst experience of my life. And that counts fighting breast cancer!
