Trying to Paste VitaLady's DS Schedule

AT least, Michelle, I have to pick and choose every month what to buy or whatever as I am not financially able to get a lot at one time. Other things had to be gotten. Should I still follow that rule.? Maybe after payday, which is delayed cause the accountant from my work had to go out of town and Monday is a bank holiday I believe. Soon though.

Your D was hideously low, right?

Then yes. I can't be sure 10k a day is enough, since you're still rny. But if you give yourself a booster, then we act like you were "ok" to start. Can't always get a test as often as we want or we'd know.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

I believe my D was 27.

Okay am I not taking enough vitamin A?  I am taking on 2 of them a day which is 50,000IU according to this I should be taking 4, is that of the 25,000IU?

I keep meaning to ask Michelle about that one.  I haven't seen anyone that are taking 4 of the 25K A's...I only take one (25k I.U.s a day)  and my A was on the high end of normal.  Of course your mileage can and will vary, only your labs can dictate whether you'll need more.

I take 5 - 25K iu's A daily since my 3 mo labs when I was a little low taking 4!

Looks like a change...you're right. But, as always, let your personal labs be your guide. I was fine with A in my multi at my 3 month labs but then it started crashing by my 6 month labs, so everyone needs to discuss the VitaLady schedule with their surgeon and adapt as your labs indicate.

I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI .  I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.
