Nutrition update for the 1st 45 minutes by Gabrielle Sntder Marlow, RD, CDE, Registered Dietician. Had a big group for the Healthy Changes. Lots of info, good fellowship and a few laughs. (As usual) . New faces, OBTW thanks for all the input.

Save the date next month. February 15th.

Thanks for the info. I recently bought a book called Obesity Surgery Stories of Altered Lives by Martha Meana and Lindsey Ricciardi and it has helped me a lot to understand the dynamics of change with interpersonal relationships. Where is the location of this place you mentioned?

I only know of PMRI...but they do not have evening or Saturday appointments. I too would like to be able to talk over some issues that I have....but I need someone with evening or saturday hours.
