Hello All

Well today i got  the call that i wanted and been waiting for!!! i got a call from Misty at Dr.Iraguas office with the happy news. My surgery has finally been approved and December 3rd is my BIG day Finally!!!!!
Surgery is at 10:30am ;-)
Im so STOKED!

Good Morning Delaware ! It is another brisk day in Lower Slower Delaware ! What is everyone up to these days ? Yesterday was my Birthday. It was a very sad day for me . It was the 1st day in the house alone since Bob's Passing.  I did manage to get my Thank You Cards done. Today I am having lunch at one of my WLS friend's house, going to the post office and puting up some post for our Thanksgiving Dinner at the church. I am also going to a couple of neighbor's house to invite them to the dinner. No one should eat Thanksgiving Dinner alone. If you know anyone invite them to your house or if they are in Lower Slower Delaware invite them to join us at The Community Church of Oak Orchard for a fine Thanksgiving feast.  Hope all has a blessed day and it saving all that energy for Black friday Shopping. I am skipping it this year and going back to work that day. See you lighter. Joanne

Thanx ladies, i have a consultation with Dr Danyo for Dec 11th. Was suprised that i would be seen that soon.  I will keep ya posted.

thankyou Judy..... Im like 8 lbs from my goal then i plan to reevaluate, and probably try to lose another 5-10. 


That is a rough age. My sister is in 6th grade so she is just getting into that and she goes to cab calloway so im sure there will be some competition adn thus he said she said in her life starting.  I wi**** would get better but i kow it goes onthrough highschool and I have seen it at work now.  My grandmother is 86 and goes to a senior center every day and she tells me it happens there too.  I guess its one of those things we need to deal with in life because we will never be rid of it.  I wish her luck and hope thigns go better.  Im one of those people who has always ignored what people say and do my own thing so plenty has been said or not said  about me,  dependding on who you talk to.LOL
