Hello Ladies!
Enough of this cold weather!  There isn't any meat on my bones to keep me warm.  I am absolutely freezing!  I so wanted to attend the Victory Chapel support meeting Tuesday night (to meet everyone) but I was given the opportunity to be a guest speaker for a weight loss seminar for CHRIAS.  I'm all for paying it forward.  I'll be sure to attend February's meeting.
My current struggle is the carb demon .  I'd really like to loose 12- 15 pounds more and I know thats not going to happen unless I cut out the carbs for a while.

Good afternoon Delaware and friends ! It has been a busy week for me . I am off today for I have training tomorrow. I did alot of errands today and finally got a free moment. I though I would check the post. I see some of you have kept your word and did some postings.  Others of you are still lurking. Don't be surprised when I stop in on your favorite site to find you .  Congrats on your up coming surgery, i am a little over a month out.... i didnt have the band.
I did see your question about the insurance though...... I also had BCBS/PPO of  DE. I was originally suppose to have my Surgery Oct 29th, the DAY before i went for my pre surgerical blood test to find out it has been rescheduled, because my insuruance denied it. I had to send an appeal and that took about a month so i had my surgery Dec. 3rd, But to top it all off i didnt have medical problems i was a healthy fat girl that was just way over weight! But if you have medical problems you might be okay with the 1st time it being submitted to BCBS....
