Kathy, I run the meeting in Millsboro. It meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday. All are welcome. I also go to New Castle once a month to Victory. I highly recommend that group. See you lighter. Joanne

I don't know about Jonathan but I had Chris Saunders  years ago and highly recommend him. The Saunders are a whole family of Plastic surgeons so should be very well informed and up to date. Best of luck with this journey. See you lighter. Joanne

I tried the bracelets...can't wear them.  Always in the way and distract me because I amot used to wearing them.  Went to a jeweler and ordered a gold medical alert emblem...got blisters and a rash from that.  Had my medical alert tatooed right to the center of my chest.  Its the red medical cross and underneath it says:
Heart
Taking Plavix
Gastric Bypass
No blind NG tube.

I didn't have No NSAIDS tattooed because the benefit of short term use of NSAIDS like in an emergency/trauma has benefits that far outweigh the risk of it's use, short term.

Often in trauma, NG tubes are necessary.  They can be used on us but medical professionals must use an endoscope to place it, hence the "NO BLIND NG TUBE"
