The NJ/PA/DE and surrounding area OH Meetup has been booked!

We have rented Pavilion number 3 at Ridley Creek State Park
The address for GPS is:
351 Gradyville Rd.
Newtown Square, PA 19073

We chose this location as a centralized location, quieter than most other parks, with accessible parking, playgrounds, bbq's, and bathroom facilities nearby. This park also has hiking trails, horseback trail, and fishing-please see the link for more info.

The meetup is on Sunday June 5th, 2011 from 11am-4pm

This is a potluck, please bring a VSG friendly dish to share if you can. If you know ahead of time what you are bringing please message me so I can inventory what we have and what we need.

For more detailed directions contact Veronica (Time4menow2010) as she lives close to the facility.

Feel free to bring family, friends, others in the weightloss community (VSG, Lap-Band, RNY, pre-op, post op), and of course-yourself!
Everyone is welcome.

We will also be holding a clothing swap at the meet-n-greet- Bring clothes that no longer fit to see if someone else can get use out of them.

I know that they are not a participating provider for United Healthcare. Although they may be able to work with you depending on your out of network benefits. Don't give up hope that they can help you. Keep your appointment and they still may be able to help you

I am going through all sorts of crap right now related to that.

The Dr's office will be the one that knows the answer to the insurance issues. They (insurance co's) keep changing the rules, so CHRIAS has to keep up with it. Good luck. ((HUGS)) Elissa

I AM NEW TO THIS PLAN IT WAS FORMERLY UNISON. I AM GOING FOR A POSSIBLE REVISION FROM A LAPBAND!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS? I AM GOING TO CHRIAS OM MAY 19TH FOR A CONSULT.

Topic: Nutrition

Today is my one year surgery anniversary and I have lost a total of 90 lbs. It has been trial and error to find the right plan that works for me, but what it all boils down to is healthy eating and exercise. I hit a plateau at about 70 lbs. and struggled for months (yes, months) to break the plateau. What finally worked was meeting with a nutrition coach - Dave Pulcinella at Pulse Advanced Nutrition & Fitness Counseling. Dave has helped me to focus on the importance of food as fuel and exercise. He designed a plan that fits me and my lifestyle and I am happy to report that I have been losing weight again feel that I am going to meet my ultimate weight-loss goal. I went to Dr Stryker in Trolley Square during my pregnancy and they were awesome! They also have an office in Kennett Square, PA. I think that their office is called Stryker Chiropractic. I hope that your back feels better soon.
