Saw a urologist yesterday. Had the tube out. Yea! Me! what I need the most is feed back on my feding routine. This is what I had today. Let me know what you think. Oatmeal with milK for breakfast 12 G 1 Egg Scrambled soft (runny) 6 G Sugar Free/ Fat Free Pudding 4oz (fortified with powder) x 2 14 G Proteing drink 25 G 2 Sugar free fudgicicles 4 G 3 OZ mashed potatoes 3 G SF popcicles Water Water Did I do ok. I feel like I am eating way too much. I do feel ok. And I walked 1/2 mile with the wife. Be honest. I need to know which direction to go next. For the protein drink I used the Profect advertised at the left.Mixed it with some one water for an 8oz drink. Let me know your ideas. Gary

RAHHH!!!for the tube being out!!!! You sound right on target with your food. It probably took all day to get it in I bet. Maybe try a little Progresso bean or beef soup. 10 grams of protein and fiber all in 1. Soup is easy to eat and filling too. No matter how I tried, I couldn't do eggs for 6 months. They totally grossed me out. Keep up the great job Gary. Elissa

Hi Gary, jeez, look at you confusing us all with technical medical terms like weenie tube Glad it's out! I agree with Elissa, your food at this stage sounds really good and glad you're getting the fluids in too. The added walking is awesome! Keep on doing what you're doing and it will sort of tweak itself as you progress...if that makes any sense at all. Your direction sounds fine to me, keep the focus on the protein and you will go far!
