I too have a date!
After spending the past 14 months working with so many folks in DE as a Case Manager for an insurance company I have finally decided it's time to take the leap myself!
I have shared so much joy and celebration with so many of you (and you all know who you are) from pre-op to post-op, denial to approval.......... now it's my turn. I know that this is best for my long term health as well. After re-marrying in October I decided I want to spend the best years of my life with my wonderful husband - not the worst! Unfortunately, my health insurance plan does not see the value and impact on overall health and quality of life, so I must re-finance my home to do this. I know it will be worth it.
Will keep you all posted............May 30 is just around the corner. After that, when I speak with my patients, I will truly be able to speak from first hand experience, not just as a nurse.
Can't wait to improve my health, lose 90 lbs and feel great.
