I am approved!

I got the call today from Misty that she has my approval. As of Wednesday I will be among the losing. My only concern is the whole psych part of it. I suffer from stress induced panic attacks and I am afraid when I get home and the depression part hits I will start to panic. I try to tell myself that it is normal to worry but you know....your mind can be a terrible place to be trapped.

wow congrats sweetie on your approval so when is the big day?honey you will do fine,you have all of us to help support you.do you take any meds for depression/panic attacks?if not see if your doctor will give you something to help you through this.i know i have been there too.you need anything let me know ok.take care your friend bonnie

Congrats on your approval! Bonnie is right. Get some help BEFORE you need it, just in case. The Boy Scouts say, "Be prepared" but I say "If you're ready for something, it seldom happens." yes Fran I will be at St. Francis. I do already take an antidepressant but I am still nervous. It sure does help having this site!

Darline, when those panic attack hit call me, I'll be more than glad to help you thru, since I too suffer from panic attacks. We have a good support group building and using those assets will help all of us, So happy for you, talk to you soon....Linda
