Today, my husband took out all of my clothes from last Summer/Spring for me to sort through. My kids and I were hysterical as we went thorough the boxes. As I was pulling out the clothes, I thought to myself.........wow, did I really wear that size 6 1/2 months ago? Needless to say, I had to go shopping, right? I am down to a size 14 now and was a size 20! I kept grabbing the bigger clothes off of the rack thinking they should fit me. When I tried them on and they were too big, I thought for sure there was no way I was going to get into a 14........low and behold, they FIT!!! I am still in shock, but it feels so good! I haven't weighed myself in a month, but last weigh in I was down 43 pounds............37 more to go. I still am in shock, but felt compelled to share

Carla, I have to tell you that is my dream size (14). I was a size 32 and now wear 18 , one year later. Isn't it nice to shop? I have the same problem still. I think I am bigger in my head . See you lighter. Joanne Hammond OBESITY HELP CHAPTER LEADER

Good Work...the hardest thing for me is bringing the right sizes in the dressing room. I still have a hard time knowing that I need smaller sizes. Ellen
