What would it be....I was listening to one of my old Who CD's and I heard this tune....It really struck a chord for me and is a tune I can identify in this journey for the healthier me.... Let's See Action by Peter Townsend (WHO) Let's see action. Let's see people Let's see freedom. Let's see who cares Take me with you. When you leave me And my shell behind us there I have learned it. Known who burned me Avatar has warmed my feet Take me with you. Let me see you Time and life can meet Rumor has it. Minds are open Then rumors fill them up with lies Future passing. Nothing lasting I try to scream, 'cause nothing dies] Nothing is everything Everything is nothing is Please the people, audiences Break the fences, nothing is Let's see action. Let's see people Let's see freedom. In the air Let's see action. Let's see people Let's be free. Let's see who cares Let's see action. Let's see people Let's see freedom. In the air Let's see action. Let's see people Let's be free. Let's see who cares Give me a drink boy wash my feet I'm so tired of running from my own heat Take this package and here's what you do Gonna get this information through I don't know where I'm going I don't know what I need But I'll get to where I'm gonna end up And that's alright by me I've been running from side to side Now I know for sure that both sides lied It's got so hard but we gotta keep trying I can't stand to see my people crying I don't know where I'm going I don't know what I need But I'll get to where I'm gonna end up And that's alright by me Let's see action. Let's see people Let's see freedom. In the air Let's see action. Let's see people Let's be free. Let's see who cares Nothing is everything Everything is nothing Nothing is everything Everything is nothing What about you? Do you relate to this tune or another one. Inquiring minds want to know! Hugs and Fleece Blankets to all! Debbie

Whenever I exercise, I listen to one of my favorite songs on my ipod--it's by Rare Earth and called "I Just Want to Celebrate." It's got a good beat to walk to, plus some of the lyrics really make me think of this journey. Some go-- "I just want to celebrate Another day of living I just want to celebrate Another day of life" Don't know alot of the rest of the rest of the words, but I believe now we all are finally living and have the chance to celebrate our lives! the song below has been a big inspiration to me over the last month or so since i heard it for the first time...it seems to me that my weight and health problems were always "laughing at me" Voice of Truth Oh what I would do to have The kind of faith it takes To climb out of this boat I'm in Onto the crashing waves To step out of my comfort zone Into the realm of the unknown where Jesus is And He's holding out His hand But the waves are calling out my name And they laugh at me Reminding me of all the times I've tried before and failed The waves they keep on telling me Time and time again. "Boy, you'll never win!" "You'll never win!" Chorus: But the voice of truth tells me a different story The voice of truth says, "Do not be afraid!" The voice of truth says, "This is for My glory" Out of all the voices calling out to me I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth Oh what I would do to have The kind of strength it takes to stand before a giant With just a sling and a stone Surrounded by the sound of a thousand warriors Shaking in their armor Wishing they'd have had the strength to stand But the giant's calling out my name And he laughs at me Reminding me of all the times I've tried before and failed The giant keeps on telling me Time and time again. "Boy you'll never win!" "You'll never win!" But the stone was just the right size To put the giant on the ground And the waves they don't seem so high From on top of them lookin' down I will soar with the wings of eagles When I stop and listen to the sound of Jesus Singing over me I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

Remember this one ? I like this one because it gets me moving and makes me think . It's called "Break my stride" "Ain't nothing gonna break my stride" "Ain't nobody gonna slow me down" " I got to keep on movin" There are others but this gets me movin. Sandy

I think this is a great pre op song to keep you motivated for a new journey! I wonder did Willie have to do something like this in his life? I wish you lots of luck and a fast insurance approval. That's the hardest part....Insurance approval that is! Debbie
