I am so excited, I got my first fill this morning. I love it!!! I haven't had any problems and pray that I don't. I hope this will help me with the weight loss (it has been very slow). patty

I don't mean to sound slow, but what the heck is a "first fill"???? Either way, I am happy for you since you sound so happy! Hugs, Rosa

Rosa, Don't appoligize. I had Lab Band surgery (instead of bypass surgery). A fill is when they put saline into the band to cause it to close a little bit thereby making it a little smaller hole for your food to go through, (from the small pouch to the regular stomach), therefore, hopefully making me feel fuller sooner or longer. Thanks though for your hugs. Patty

That's exciting Patty!! I am supposed to have lapband surgery in May. I can't wait to start getting fills and dropping pounds. How much have you lost so far? Robyn

Robyn, I hope all goes well with your surgery, I know you have been waiting a long time and a lot of obsticles to get there. So far I am down around 20#. I have felt some restriction finally, so I am hoping they will start to come off a little easier. patty
