Hi Guys! I don't want to sound like a whiner but need some advice if anyone has it? On Friday I saw Dr. Sahm for some concerns after the CT scan (not my norm doctor and wasn't as patient as I would say he is- still nice) but basically told me that I'll be fine and to wait with any concerns to see Dr. Peters on Wed unless I was dying then she put me back to liquids because pureed was making me sick...now even water is making me nauseated! I've tried the peppermint tea and even ice chips...any other suggestions? I'm feeling really miserable and I'm not sure what to do except wait it out until I see Dr. Peters on Wed? I'm keep my fluids up somewhat but am getting concerned about dehydration. P.S. Kathy---DO NOT WORRY! Thanks for any suggestions out there!

How about SF jello, Isapure protein drinks, and broths. Moving from cooler to warmer things might also help. Taking baby sips at a time sometimes helps. Sharon ObesityHelp Support Group Leader

Hi Rae, It just isn't fair. I hate seeing you going through all the things you have been through since you had the surgery. I wonder if ginger ale flat of course would help you? I can't stand water myself not even the flavored stuff so I don't drink much of it. If I were you I would call Dr. Peters and tell him again. It could be that new medicine you are taking maybe you have to take it with food or something. I would be bugging them constantly if I didn't feel well. Call me if you get a chance Kathy
