Sick, Gross, Curiosity

I have spent the last hour on line trying to find out if there are any sites that have videos of the actual surgery. I, personally would like to view the procedure before surgery myself. I know that this may be gross to some. I am sorry if it is. I am just curious. Thanks for any referrals that you may have. Gary
