you know the reason you are here.....your inability to lose weight.....your inability to keep weight off.....your inability to make personal goals....your laziness when it comes to going to the gym......your ass being stuck to the couch making it hard to be active in any way.....your loss of confidence in yourself....your failure to believe in yourself.....the hoplessness you feel that is overwhelming you.....your failure to vision yourself doing anything healthy or good for you in any way.....the total collaspe of all your dreams because your out of control weight has doomed you and you see no way out. you have started the turn around by coming here and seeking support.....by the desire of this surgery you have said "I need help now" and every inability and every dream lost and every hurt....every emotional pain....all the negatives that are crushing you are about to change........and the reason is....you know them...you have identified the demons that haunt you....when you have identified the reason and reasons that are holding your dreams hostage then you have started the change....this whole journey is about change and gaining control........it starts from day #1.....when you start to believe that a miracle is about to happen to you. the surgery will provide you with the vehicle...and you will be in charge of driving it.....you do not need to be perfect at it you just need to want it about all other things...it needs to be your top priority....nothing else will come before you and achieving your dreams....the surgery makes it all possible...you need to believe in yourself and believe that you deserve this......we all forget about me sometimes...and worry about everybody else...this time this is all for you...you are master and commander of the ship in this journey.....start the trip right..........believe!!!!! and believe and never stop believing in you !!!!.....you will need it ...it will be your jewel that carries you when you are low........and is part of you when you are high with the emotional ups and downs of this journey......you will make it happen...it is all about you this time......knowing the things that you are weak in is your strength......one by one you will turn those negatives into positives.....one by one you will gain the confidence you need to maintain the belief in yourself during this journey....i call it strength through weakness....let it be your motto....changes are coming if you have just started this journey and if you have already had the surgery then changes are happening....and if you are achieving goals already and a while out then you are a change machine making the changes a habit....knowing you cannot be stopped and no mountain is too high for you to climb................nothing can stop you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when you believe in you...that is power....and when you add the control the surgery gives you to the power...........wow!! their is nothing that can stop you.......and knowledge of your weaknesses and the ability to change them is the true victory in this journey...the numbers on the scale are just numbers...it is the positive changes in you that tell true success !!!!!!!!!! strength through weakness........the victory is yours...the changes are yours...the journey is yours....it's all about you and for most of us...........it's about time !!!!!!!!!
