Well I have done one....The Y had the free tee shirt for attending at least 12 times during Feb-Mar...I accomplished that! I got my large shirt last night! Its such a nice feeling to know that exercising regularly helps me and gives me another piece to add to my wardrobe. I hope you are all doing well. I am spending more and more time at the gym starting to feel like I live there! LOL. So what milestone have you achieved? Debbie

I went clothes shopping on Saturday and had to get a size smaller of everything I took into the dressing room to try on. What a high that was. I am actually looking forward to the warm weather clothes for once in a very long time. Still needing the fleece blankets for now!! Ellen

Ellen, I am not as cold as I use to be....coorelation with the nonexistent weight loss or as the Dr would say my body is stabilizing. So good news you won't be cold forever I think! LOL Clothes are good especially in the smaller sizes. I ordered my teeshirt from the Y in a large...I looked at the XLarge and said...Wow that is too big. Then I said its great to say that..the girl looked at me a little weird but that was okay! I have a few fleece blankets I can loan you! LOL Have a good evening Debbie

None yet! I am stuck big time, but with inspiration from people like you I know I can do it!! I just need a pu****hink I am stuck because I am comfortable with me for the first time in ever!!! I am just enjoying life! I still eat right (most of the time) and do my protien and exercise. But I am still stuck. Maybe sometime too I can record a milestone, but for now I don't have one. Take care, Debbie and congratulations on your milestone! I am happy for you. Dana

You are comfortable with yourself....Now there is a real milestone! You should be very proud of it! I still am not comfortable with myself. I am working that issue and I think I have come down that path well....its just a longer ride for me! But I will get there. Thanks Debbie

Missed you at Healthy Beginnings. Two milestones to report here. The first is I ran the Logan House 5k in 34 minutes two weeks ago (started the Ceasar Rodney last Sunday but dropped out after about an hour (too cold and wet)). The second milestone is that after being denied by the insurance company for the fourth time for being male, I have decided to pay my own way and have a TT. It's significant bucks but I feel that I have done all that I can do since getting to my goal weight and need some incentive to achieve my next major goal. Abdoleah Malek will be doing the surgery. Still need to come up with a date because it could knock out of a few rides and races this year. Bummer. Your friend and gym rat, Rob
